Today's garment manufacturing industry is a competitive, dynamic and challenging market.  How does Winnix transform an idea, a sketch, into a finished product, ready for our clients to efficiently position into the retail market?

Common challenges our clients have experienced with various manufacturers across the globe:

  • Language and cultural differences
  • Communication – Chinese whisper!
  • Quality control

How do we overcome these challenges?

Our approach:

Requirements are gathered from clients, any potential challenges and technical difficulties are identified, this ensures design is technically feasible and cost efficient.

Prototyping stage helps our clients to visualise the final product, examine our fine workmanship.  This stage is crucial as the prototype becomes part of the agreement later at production time.  Prototype might repeat several times until prototype is refined.

Production – Once prototypes and details are confirmed, we can begin the main production, ready for delivery on time.

Delivery – Winnix primarily work on FOB basis (see FAQ).  We would ensure on time delivery where packaging, shipping documents, export licenses are prepared according to clients' needs.

Throughout the entire process, our quality control team over-looked the entire process, ensuring our highest quality standard at any stage in fine details.

Our customer service / merchandising team regularly liaise with our clients at different stages of the process.  We maintain good level of communication, and hence no more 'Chinese whisper'!!
