Winnix believe continual training and investment in our staff is of great importance.  Winnix’s staff turnover rate in 2006 is < 5%, and we aim to further invest in our people.

We have just launched our brand new manufacturing facilities in Xie Gang Town, DongGuan China.  It is geographically positioned within easy reach from HK, further improving on our logistics between our China and HK base.

Some facts about our new site:

• 3 times the current production capacity
• Further introduction of new technologies and machineries to increase our efficiency.
• Further improve on staff facilities, especially living and recreational areas.
